TABLE GAME HELP

Getting Help While You Play

Questions can come up mid-session — a disconnection, a side-bet payout query, or a rule clarification. Here are the three ways to reach us while you are at a table.

Team online

Live Chat from the Table Page

Open the chat panel directly from within the table game section without leaving your current room. The chat connects to our support team who handle table-specific questions — disconnection compensation, round result queries and stake-range clarifications are the most common topics they resolve quickly.

Account Wallet Queries

If a table bet did not settle correctly against your wallet balance, raise it through the account help section with the round reference number shown in your game history. Our team checks the game log and the wallet ledger together so any discrepancy is traced accurately rather than estimated.

Email for Round Disputes

For formal round-result disputes — particularly on Lightning Roulette or live Baccarat where multiplier payouts may be in question — email support is the right channel. Include your account ID, the table name, and the approximate time of the round. Disputes are reviewed against the provider's server-side game log.

TABLE GAME FEATURES

Six Elements That Define Our Table Section

These are the specific features that shape the table game experience at luckyclub — from how the rooms are organised to how results are handled after a round closes.

Multi-Studio Selection Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and PG Soft table rooms sit in the same lobby section, filterable by studio name. Switching between an Evolution Baccarat room and a Pragmatic Play Roulette table takes seconds without navigating away from the table games section of your account.
Live Dealer Streaming Live-dealer rooms stream from the provider's studio with a human dealer managing each round. Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette are all available in live-dealer format. The stream quality adjusts to your connection automatically, and the dealer audio is available in multiple language options depending on the room.
RNG Card and Roulette Tables For players who prefer a faster or private format, RNG versions of Blackjack and Roulette are available — these run without a live dealer and resolve immediately. They use the same certified random-number engines as the provider's live counterparts but play at your own pace with no wait between rounds.
Game History in Your Account Every table round you complete is logged in your account's game history with the table name, the round timestamp and the result. If a balance discrepancy appears after a session, the history record is the first place to check before contacting support — it matches what the provider's audit log holds.
Side Bets and Variant Rules Several table rooms carry side bets — Perfect Pairs in Blackjack, Tie in Baccarat, and multiplier strikes in Lightning Roulette. Side-bet rules and payout ratios are shown in the table's information panel, accessible via the menu icon inside the room, before you place a chip on a side position.
Account Wallet Integration Your account wallet connects directly to the table — chips loaded at a table draw from your main balance, and any winnings return to the same wallet after the round settles. There is no separate table-game wallet or conversion step. Balance updates are visible in the account panel as soon as the round closes.
FEATURED TABLES

Three Table Formats Worth Your Attention

Not every table suits every session. Here are three formats from our lobby that draw consistent attention from regular players — each for a different reason.

Blackjack Quick Table
Blackjack Quick Table from Pragmatic Play Live runs at a faster-than-standard pace — each hand resolves in roughly a third of the time of a traditional live seat.
Dragon Tiger
Dragon Tiger is one of the simplest table formats available — one card each side, highest card wins.
Lightning Roulette
Lightning Roulette from Evolution adds multiplier strikes to standard European Roulette rules. Before each spin, between one and five numbers are struck with a random multiplier.

Our Table Section vs a Generic Casino Lobby

Not all table game lobbies are structured the same way. Here is how ours compares on the details that matter when you actually sit down to play.

Provider Filter in the Lobby
Our lobby lets you filter by studio — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, PG Soft — before you browse. Many generic lobbies mix all providers into a flat grid with no filter, which means scrolling through dozens of rooms to find the format you want.
Stake Range Shown Before Entry
Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed on the table thumbnail. You do not need to open the room to check whether the floor suits your session size. This is a detail many competing lobbies omit, forcing you to enter and exit rooms repeatedly.
Local Table Formats Included
Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger sit alongside European Roulette and Blackjack in the same section. You are not redirected to a separate regional lobby. This matters for Bangladesh players who move between local and international formats in a single session.
Road Map and Statistics On-Screen
Live Baccarat rooms display road maps — Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Boy — and recent result statistics without needing to open a separate panel. This is standard in our Evolution Baccarat rooms but absent from many smaller-studio alternatives.
Mobile Portrait Layout for Card Games
Dragon Tiger and Blackjack Quick Table are specifically laid out for portrait mobile play, keeping chip controls thumb-accessible. A number of competing platforms simply scale down the desktop layout, which pushes controls to corners that are hard to reach one-handed.
Dispute Resolution with Server Log
When a round result is disputed, we reference the provider's server-side audit log rather than relying on a screenshot or a player's account of events. This is the same log the studio uses for its own compliance — the most accurate record available.
No Manufactured RTP Figures
We only publish RTP where the provider releases the figure. Platforms that display estimated or internally calculated RTP percentages for live tables give figures that have no grounding in the actual game engine — ours come from the studio's published specification or not at all.
HOW WE RUN TABLES

What Makes Our Table Section Reliable

Running live tables and RNG card games responsibly means more than just streaming a dealer. Here is what sits behind the table section at luckyclub.

Provider-Side RNG Certification

RNG table games — including online Blackjack and virtual Roulette — use random-number engines that are certified at the provider level by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. We do not operate our own RNG server for these titles; the certification sits with the studio, and results are generated independently of our platform.

Live Dealer Audit Trail

Every live-dealer round from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live is recorded server-side by the provider. If you raise a dispute on a round result, we pull the log directly from the provider's audit system. The record includes the exact cards dealt, the dealer's actions and the timestamp — nothing is reconstructed from our side.

RTP Shown Where Providers Expose It

We display RTP figures only where the game provider publishes them. We do not manufacture or estimate percentages for titles where the studio does not release the figure. If an RTP is shown on a table, it comes directly from the provider's published specification, not from our own calculation.

Real Money Stakes, Clear Before Sitting

Every table in our lobby shows the minimum and maximum stake in the ante screen before you commit chips. There is no hidden minimum revealed only after joining. Stake ranges differ by table variant — speed Blackjack typically carries a lower floor than a VIP Baccarat room, and both are visible upfront.

Disconnection Policy on Live Tables

If your connection drops mid-round on a live table, the round resolves on the provider's server using the last valid action you confirmed. A bet placed before disconnection stands; an unplaced bet does not proceed. The outcome appears in your game history once you reconnect, and your wallet reflects the result.

Named Studio Partners

Our table game section draws from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and PG Soft among others. Each studio is named on the filter bar in the lobby so you can narrow to a preferred provider before browsing variants. This means you know whose dealing room you are entering before you place a chip.

luckyclub Inside the luckyclub Table Game Lobby

Inside the luckyclub Table Game Lobby

Our table game section covers every major format Bangladesh players reach for — multi-seat Baccarat from Evolution, speed Blackjack variants from Pragmatic Play Live, and Dragon Tiger rooms that resolve in seconds. Roulette comes in both European and Lightning editions, so the pace and the side-bet range differ meaningfully between them. Andar Bahar, a local favourite, sits alongside international titles so you

are never forced into unfamiliar territory. Each table shows the minimum and maximum stake before you sit, and the live-dealer rooms display road maps and statistics on screen as the round plays. For players in Dhaka who switch between mobile and desktop during the day, every table scales to your screen without losing the chip controls or the side-panel odds display. The

whole section is accessible directly from your account without a separate download.

Table Game Terms — Plain Language

If a term in the Baccarat road map or the Blackjack rule panel is unfamiliar, this section covers the ones that come up most often in our table game rooms.

What is the house edge in table games?

The house edge is the mathematical advantage the game holds over the player across a large number of rounds. In Baccarat, the Banker bet carries a lower house edge than the Player bet. It does not predict any single outcome — it describes long-run averages only.

What does RTP mean in a table game?

RTP stands for Return to Player. It expresses the percentage of total stakes a game returns to players over many rounds, as published by the provider. A table with 98.5% RTP returns 98.5 units for every 100 wagered on average — individual sessions vary widely from this figure.

What is a road map in Baccarat?

A road map is the visual record of recent Baccarat round results displayed on-screen in the live room. The Big Road shows Banker and Player wins as coloured circles column by column. Derived roads like Big Eye Boy and Cockroach Road show secondary patterns based on the Big Road layout.

What does 'push' mean in Blackjack?

A push occurs when the player's hand total equals the dealer's total. Neither side wins — the player's stake is returned to their wallet without any additional winnings. Pushes are common at totals of 17 through 20 and count as neither a win nor a loss in session tracking.

What is a side bet?

A side bet is an additional wager placed alongside the main bet, resolved independently of the primary hand outcome. In Blackjack, Perfect Pairs pays if your first two cards are a matching pair. In Baccarat, Tie pays if Banker and Player totals are equal. Side bets carry their own payout ratios.

What does 'natural' mean in Baccarat?

A natural is a two-card total of 8 or 9 in Baccarat. When either the Banker or Player hand is dealt a natural, no further cards are drawn for that side. A natural 9 beats a natural 8. If both hands hold the same natural total, the round ends in a Tie.

What is European Roulette vs American Roulette?

European Roulette has one zero on the wheel, giving it a lower house edge than American Roulette, which has both a single zero and a double zero. The extra pocket on the American wheel increases the house edge on even-money bets from 2.7% to 5.26%. Our lobby carries both formats.

What does 'stand' mean in Blackjack?

Standing means you keep your current hand total and take no more cards from the dealer. You stand when your total is strong enough that drawing another card risks going over 21. The dealer must then play out their own hand according to fixed drawing rules before the round settles.

What is Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger is a two-card table game where one card is dealt to the Dragon position and one to the Tiger position. The side with the higher card wins. Suits are irrelevant except for the Tie side bet. It is one of the fastest-resolving table formats available in the live-dealer lobby.

What does KYC mean for table game withdrawals?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. Before a withdrawal processes — including winnings from table sessions — the platform verifies your account identity documents. This typically means submitting a national ID or passport. Completing KYC in your account settings speeds up the first withdrawal request.

Questions About Table Games at luckyclub

These are the questions we hear most from players exploring the table game section for the first time or returning after a break — answered directly without filler.

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are the two primary studios in our live-dealer table section. PG Soft contributes RNG card games. You can filter by studio name from the lobby header to see only that studio's tables. Each studio's rooms are clearly labelled with the provider name on the table thumbnail before you enter.

Yes. The Big Road and derived road maps display in Evolution's live Baccarat rooms on mobile. In portrait mode they appear in a collapsed panel that you expand with one tap below the dealer view. The road data updates in real time as each round closes, matching what desktop players see at the same table.

Blackjack Quick Table from Pragmatic Play Live deals faster rounds and removes the extended seat-waiting time of multi-player live Blackjack. Each hand resolves before you are offered the next one, so idle time between decisions is much shorter. The rules — hit, stand, double, split — are identical to standard Blackjack.

European Roulette has a single zero on the wheel, which gives it a house edge of 2.7% on even-money bets. Lightning Roulette uses the same single-zero wheel, so the base house edge is identical — the multiplier feature changes the reward shape on straight-up bets but does not alter the underlying wheel probabilities.

A bet confirmed before disconnection stands and is resolved by the provider's server when the round completes. Your wallet is updated once you reconnect and the result appears in your game history. An unconfirmed bet — one where you had not yet pressed the confirm action — is not placed and no stake is deducted.

Yes, Andar Bahar is available in the table games section. It sits alongside Dragon Tiger and international formats in the same lobby, so you do not need to browse a separate regional section to find it. Stakes and format details are shown on the table card before you enter the room.

Go to your account's game history, find the round in question, and note the round reference number and the table name. Then contact support via email with those details and your account ID. We retrieve the provider's server-side audit log for that exact round and review the result against it — screenshots are not required but are helpful.

Each Baccarat room shows its minimum and maximum stake on the thumbnail in the lobby before you enter. Standard rooms typically carry a lower floor; VIP rooms carry a higher one. You choose the room that fits your session size — no entry fee, just the minimum chip value stated on the table card.

Yes. When a round settles, any winnings are added to your main account wallet immediately — there is no separate table balance or conversion step. The updated balance shows in the account panel within seconds of the round closing. From there, your balance is available for further play or a withdrawal request.

RTP figures for table games are shown only where the provider publishes them. Inside the room, tap the information icon in the menu panel — if the studio has released an RTP figure for that title, it appears there. We do not display estimated percentages; only figures the studio has formally published appear in the room information.
